Anthony Bravo

ANTHONY BRAVO (Chairman) – Anthony is the Principal of Basingstoke College of Technology (BCoT) whose vision is to provide an outstanding learning experience which drives economic growth and prosperity in the region. Anthony also serves as a Governor for Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, representing North Hampshire and West Berkshire.

Tom Wicksteed – Tom is a qualified chartered accountant and executive coach with 9 years working within the Early Careers & Professional Education sectors. Tom graduated from Nottingham University with a degree in Industrial Economics. He has supported charities throughout his career and is particularly passionate about causes surrounding social mobility, youth education and financial education. Tom lives in West Berkshire with his wife and three children.

Basit Mohammed – A driven and dedicated sales and marketing professional with B2B sales, project management and stakeholder relations management experience. Basit graduated from Brunel University in May 2013 with a degree in International Business Studies and has worked in the Publishing and events industries ever since. Basit is currently Co-Owner of Dauphine Aesthetics Lab an Aesthetic Clinic, part of Publisher Portfolio Institutional’s management team and Executive Director at the Wiltshire East Anglia Group.

Neil Muir – Neil graduated in 1983 with a Higher National Diploma in Hotel Catering and Institutional Management and has a successful career in Hotel Management spanning 35 years. Neil is currently a Consultant to the Hospitality Sector as well as studying for a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling.

Tony Greenidge – Tony has spent the majority of his career in sales and sales leadership roles across a number of market sectors. In his last corporate role he was the Chief Executive Officer of IAM RoadSmart the UK’s largest road safety charity with 75,000 members. Having successfully led IAM RoadSmart through the pandemic, Tony has recently set up his own sales training consultancy which offers support to businesses who need additional help to maximise their client acquisition and retention activities.
With a genuine interest in developing the skills and potential of young people, Tony is keen to ensure that by joining our board he can use his skills, knowledge and experience to make a positive contribution to WBTC.

Tim Sandford – Tim has lived in Newbury since 1994 and started his own business in 1996. The Work Clothing Group specialised in the design and supply of clothing for work. His customers ranged from local hotel groups, Vodafone, BMW and holiday companies. Tim sold the business in 2015 and he and his wife set off on a two year sailing adventure that took them to the Caribbean and back. Tim is a trustee of the Visually Impaired Sailing Association who empower adults, blind and those with sight loss, to sail yachts offshore. Tim is also the Chairman of the Kennet District Scout Executive. He was also once a judge at a National Talent competition!
