The certificate recognises employers who are committed to staff training and development and the Certificate of Excellence is the highest accolade that an employer can receive in the Investment in Training Awards

Our involvement in Apprenticeships through WBTC has been really beneficial to our business. It means that we can afford to bring on a new young person and train them our way. Having a partnership with WBTC has made this process very easy for us as WBTC helped recruit our Apprentice, train them and support us every step of the way. WBTC also funded the programme so all-in-all we saved time and money and could concentrate on helping our new Apprentices to contribute to the business. It is great to be recognised as an ‘Excellent’ employer with this award and we hope to maintain such high standards well into the future.”
