If you would like support and mentoring during the difficult process of redundancy, or if you would like to improve your employability and update your CV, you may find one of our Adult Skills training programmes really useful. Fully subsidised by the European Social Fund, these programmes are aimed at those:

• at risk of redundancy
• recently made redundant
• underemployed in seasonal, part time or temporary work
• who have been unemployed for more than six months
• those employed in low skilled jobs who would like to upskill
• full time employees who would like to do an apprenticeship
